DIRA began in a doctor's home, not a boardroom. Founded by an aesthetic doctor — and a mother — it brings a clinician's eye for skin and comfort together with a parent's eye for the moments worth dressing up for. Yes — we ship free across Malaysia and Singapore with tracked delivery. Malaysia orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and cash on delivery is available nationwide.

What is the fabric like?

Most pieces are made in 100% organic cotton or cotton-silk — breathable, lightweight and gentle against young skin, with linings chosen to avoid any scratch or itch.

What payment methods can I use?

FPX online banking, Billplz, all major debit and credit cards, e-wallets including GrabPay and Touch 'n Go, and cash on delivery.

Can I return or exchange?

Unworn pieces with tags can be returned within 14 days. Size exchanges are complimentary within Malaysia — just reach out and we'll arrange it.
