The DIRA website is a fully automated E-Commerce platform. Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and check out securely online. No manual WhatsApp coordination is required for standard orders.

- Browse: View the collections on our website and choose your favorites.
- Select: Choose the preferred size and color.
- Enquire: Click the floating WhatsApp support widget to open a chat.
- Share: Share the product details, sizes, and your shipping address.
- Confirm: Review the checkout details sent by our care representative and confirm your order.

1. Sizing & Fit
DIRA fits children from newborn to 12 years. Our ethnic wear features relaxed, comfortable cuts with room-to-grow details such as elasticized waists and adjustable ties. Detailed measurement charts are available on every product page. If in doubt, we recommend sizing up.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
We partner with J&T Express for secure shipping across Malaysia and Singapore. All orders include online tracking:
- Peninsular Malaysia: Flat rate of RM 8 (2–3 working days). Free shipping for orders above RM 150.
- East Malaysia: Flat rate of RM 16 (4–7 working days). Free shipping for orders above RM 150.
- Singapore: Flat rate of RM 20 (7–21 working days). Free shipping for orders above RM 300.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We want your little ones to love their DIRA garments. Unused, unworn items with all original tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Size exchanges are complimentary within Peninsular Malaysia.
4. Product Care & Washing
Our premium ethnic kidswear features natural organic cotton linings and delicate hand embroidery or sequins. To ensure longevity:
- Hand wash cold separately with mild detergent.
- Do not soak or wring.
- Line dry in the shade (do not tumble dry).
- Iron on the reverse side (warm setting only), avoiding direct heat on embroidered panels or sequins.
5. Payment Security
All online payments are processed securely through Billplz. We accept FPX online banking (all major Malaysian banks), credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and major local e-wallets.
