DIRA designs fit children from newborn to 12 years. Our ethnic wear features relaxed, comfortable cuts crafted from 100% breathable cotton with room-to-grow details such as elasticized waists and adjustable ties. How long does shipping take and what are the rates?

We partner with J&T Express for fast, secure delivery across Malaysia and selected international destinations:

• Malaysia Delivery: Takes 2–5 business days after order dispatch. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Complimentary Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all Malaysia orders above RM250.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or size exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact us at admin@houseofdira.com or via WhatsApp to initiate a return.

How should I wash and care for DIRA garments?

Our collections feature 100% natural organic cotton linings and delicate hand-finished embroidery. To ensure longevity:

• Hand wash cold separately with mild detergent.
• Do not soak, bleach, or wring.
• Line dry in the shade (do not tumble dry).
• Iron on the reverse side (warm setting), avoiding direct heat on embroidered panels or embellishments.
